Refund policy

At ALTHEA ELISE, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We will gladly accept returns for store credit. 

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

All returns will be issued store credit (this will allow you to re-purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size).

We do not offer refunds for final sale items, change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or reasonable delays in shipping.

Please check the following categories to see which item/s are eligible for a return:

  • The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tans)
  • The item is not marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • A receipt and proof of purchase are available

Please take due care when trying on any products (Items that are manually defected or do not comply with our returns policy will be declined and returned to the customer).

We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not issue store credit or refunds on original shipping charges.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@altheaelise.com with your order details and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not.

Please note, any orders which result in a return for unclaimed or rejected custom fees, missed delivery or incorrect address, will be issued in a store credit, less shipping fees. This can be issued only once the carrier confirms return on your tracking link. We do not provide refunds for these returns.

 

Exchanges

Store credit will be issued for exchanges, so that you can re-purchase a new item or size. 

If you need an urgent exchange, we advise that you purchase the replacement size prior to sending back the return, and we will issue you with store credit, once we receive your unwanted item. (As we do not hold items, nor exchange, while your item is being sent back).

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories, perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Refunds

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (Please note that our warehouse undertakes strict quality control on every item prior dispatch and upon receiving return). In these cases, we'll provide a full refund or replacement. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@altheaelise.com.
