Shipping policy

We provide free international shipping that's tracked and insured.

Purchases are shipped out within 1-3 days after your purchase. After that, please allow 5-12 working days to receive your order.

 

Pre-Order Items

Due to high demand, some items may be available on a pre-order basis.

Pre-order items are not held in immediate stock and are produced or restocked after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for pre-order items to be shipped, in addition to standard delivery times.

Pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase. By placing an order for a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing timeframe.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

We are unable to amend or cancel orders once they are placed. However, if you contact us before your order has been fulfilled, we will do our best to assist with changes such as address updates, item edits, or cancellations. Once a tracking number has been created, no further changes can be made.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number.

You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked through our tracking page. 

If you have not received your tracking number, please check your ‘Junk’ folder Via email, as it may have been automatically filtered.

 

Return to Sender

Any orders returned to our warehouse as undeliverable will be re-shipped as soon as possible. If, for any reason, re-shipping is not feasible, you will be issued with store credit for the value of the items purchased, excluding original shipping costs.

To determine why your order was returned, please contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number. This is often due to invalid or missing address details.

 

Delays and Lost in Transit

Unfortunately, ALTHEA ELISE is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit. ALTHEA ELISE does not take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. 

There may be some delays in customs which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility for any of these processing delays.
